About Me
Hi, my name is Pauline. I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder living in the Little Hulton Area, a great location for parents who are in need of childcare and work / live in the walkden, swinton, farnworth and bolton areas. I live with my husband Tony and we have three grown up children.
I live in a 3 bedroomed house with a secure enclosed garden with a well equipped play area, and i have two lovely playroom rooms for lots of fun and learning activities for the children to do, activities include free/roleplay, art and crafts, messy play, sensory, sand and water play and much more. Activities will be planned regularly to help your children learn and progress through the EYFS.
My house/setting is situated within minutes walking distance to and from the Walkden town centre, with local nursery and primary schools, allowing me to drop off and pick up children before and after school at St Edmunds and Bridgewater primary school .
Babies and small children will be taken to local toddler groups, parks, library, play centres and shops.
My Experience
I have worked with children for more than 20 years and i have three children of my own, i have worked voluntary and independently in playgroups/community centres and as a full time nursery nurse in a well established private nursery, i have always worked with children and babies and have been trained to a high standard.
My Qualifications
I have an
EDEXCEL LEVEL 3 NVQ in CHILDREN'S CARE, LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT, also a First Aid- Peadiatric Emergency First Aid qualification.
I will endeavour to keep all training up to date by attending/completing courses and ensuring that my house is a safe environment for your child.
My Availability
My setting operates between 7:30am and 5:00pm in the evening, hours can be negotiated depending on circumstances.
Available for before and after school care, and cover school holidays. Current schools St Edmunds and Bridgewater.

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.50 per hour
Fees are payable in advance either weekly or monthly.
Before school club: £4.50ph
After school club £4.50ph
(if you require your child/children to have breakfast or light tea, additional fees are applied)
Hourly rate £4.50
Full day £40
Weekly rate £140
My hourly rate, daily & full week childcare fees include healthy balanced meals, e.g. breakfast, lunch, snacks, light tea as well as outings to toddler groups, play centres, story and rhymetimes etc.

My son went to nursery for a year before he went to paulines. He didnt take to nursery and was just really unhappy. Since going to paulines he has really come out of his shell and is so happy to go every morning. Its in fact the only way i can get him into bed. She cares for him really well and im never nervous or worried when he is there. I cant fault her and would definatly recommend.
