About Me
I am an aspiring theatre-maker who works as a nanny, tutor and carer. I am looking for a regular nannying summer job (starting Monday 20th July through to end of August). I grew up in Southeast London before studying Classics at Edinburgh University. I now live again in South London where I write and direct theatre. I am trained in dance and love stories and history. I am very empathetic, creative and fun. My approach to childcare is to play, be outside, encourage imagination, chat and have a laugh. Other interests of mine include music, cinema and travelling.
My Experience
I have worked with children (from the age of 1 up to 15) for seven years, since I was 18. I began babysitting, then worked as a TA in a primary school for children with SEND. I now work as a care-orientated tutor for children that cannot access mainstream schooling. I also work as a regular part-time nanny for 3 different families, doing school pick-ups and mealtimes, occassional bedtimes and longer full-day stints during holidays.
My Qualifications
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Classics and am DBS checked
My Availability
Once the holidays begin, I have a lot of availability however have to juggle this with my care work. With my care work in mind I am available Monday daytimes from 11, Tuesday mornings until 12, Wednesday daytimes from 11, Thursday daytimes from 9, Friday daytimes from 11. I am not free on weekends and am away Thursday 30th July and Monday 3rd August.
