About Me

Hi! I’m Vitoria, a 23-year-old Master’s student currently studying Adolescent and Child Psychology in London. I also hold a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Education with Graduate Practitioner Status (Level 6 equivalent), giving me a strong academic and practical understanding of children’s learning, development, wellbeing and individual needs.

I recently moved to London and am currently getting to know the area, while hoping to build genuine, long-term relationships with local families. Before moving to London, I regularly babysat and nannied for families in my local area, and I’m really looking forward to bringing that experience with me and becoming someone families can feel comfortable and confident trusting with their children.

I have been babysitting and nannying regularly since 2022, alongside my university studies, and have experience caring for children of different ages and personalities. Before beginning paid childcare, I also spent lots of time caring for my younger siblings and cousins, so looking after children has always been a natural part of my life.

Alongside my childcare experience, I have worked in nursery settings and schools, completed professional placements as part of my Early Childhood Education degree, and volunteered with YMCA youth groups. These experiences have given me hands-on experience supporting children’s learning, communication, emotional development, confidence and independence.

I particularly enjoy creating a balance between fun, age-appropriate activities and a calm, safe environment. Whether that means getting creative with crafts, playing games, reading stories, helping with homework, spending time outdoors or simply providing a comforting routine after a busy day, I always aim to make children feel listened to, valued and comfortable.
