Fatuma looked after our then 21-month-old daughter, and we had a lovely experience with her. Our daughter can take a little while to warm up to someone new, so I was a bit worried at first, but Fatuma was patient with her, playing with her and giving her the time she needed to feel comfortable. She warmed up to Fatuma very quickly and really grew fond of her.
Fatuma was punctual and great at communicating with me in advance, which helped put my mind at ease. It’s been almost two months since Fatuma looked after my daughter and she still talks about her!
