About Me

I'm a train driver and work a rotating shift pattern, including nights, weekends, and other unsociable hours. My daughter is 6 years old and lives primarily with her mum in Halifax, so any childcare support would usually take place at her mum's home. We're looking for someone reliable, flexible, and caring who can provide occasional support when required.

For applicants travelling from further afield, I'm happy to discuss contributing towards travel time/costs.

My Requirements

Babysitter
Live In Nanny
Live Out Nanny
Part Time Nanny
Special Needs Experience

I'm looking for a reliable, caring, and patient babysitter/nanny to provide occasional support for my 6-year-old daughter. She has additional needs, so experience working with children with special educational needs and/or autism would be beneficial, although the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
The role would be on an ad hoc basis, mainly evenings, weekends, and occasional school holiday periods as required.
I'm looking for someone who is:
Kind, patient, and dependable
Comfortable supporting a child with additional needs
Able to engage in play and activities in a calm, positive manner
DBS checked (preferred)
Previous childcare experience desirable
Please get in touch and we can discuss times and location.
