
very poor communication
I reached out to Beth regarding childcare, but unfortunately, communication was extremely poor. Despite multiple messages over a reasonable period, responses were rare and inconsistent. Given that reliability and responsiveness are essential qualities in a childcare provider, this experience did not inspire confidence. While I cannot comment on their abilities as a sitter, I believe clear and timely communication is crucial when entrusting someone with children

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I would like to clarify that at the time you contacted me, I was dealing with a very difficult family bereavement, which I communicated to you directly. This was an exceptional circumstance that temporarily impacted my ability to respond as promptly as I normally do.
While I completely understand the importance of timely communication in childcare, I believe it is only fair to recognise that unforeseen personal emergencies can occasionally arise. This situation was not reflective of my usual professionalism or reliability, and I have always made it a priority to communicate clearly with families under normal circumstances.
I respect that you’ve chosen to keep your review, but I do want to reassure others reading that this experience was a one-off situation during an extremely challenging time, not representative of the service I provide.
