My Experience

I have over 10 years of experience as a nanny. I worked in London, caring for children of various ages at their homes. During this time, I worked for five different families, including my last role in London, where I cared for three girls for four years, until they all started school full-time. I was registered with Ofsted and gained valuable experience supporting the children's development.

After I moved to Dorset, I worked as a part-time nanny for a year in Poulner, until recently when the family relocated abroad.

I originally trained as a primary school teacher in Brazil. I have briefly worked in a couple of nurseries in Brazil and in the UK.

I volunteered for many years as a Sunday school teacher and toddlers group leader at New Life Bournemouth, where I also served as a Safeguarding trustee until we left in 2023. I completed pediatric first aid training there, though it needs updating.

I am now a member at Poulner Baptist Chapel, a local church, where I am DBS checked and volunteer as a helper at their toddler's group and other children's events, and I also teach 3-8 years old at Sunday school.

On top of my professional experience, I am also a mother of special needs children, which has deepened my understanding of autism and challenging behaviours.

My Qualifications

I am a qualified primary school teacher, having completed my training in Brazil. I worked in schools for a short period before transitioning to a newspaper's educational program, where I coordinated their newspaper reading program. I also hold a degree in Marketing. I am fluent in English and Portuguese and have basic knowledge of French.

I am available for babysittings and part-time nanny position

• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (net)
