Hi,
My name is Jillian.
I live in a lovely quiet area in the village of Kelty with my son and partner
I offer a friendly, safe, fun environment and I endeavour to make my service flexible to meet your needs as much as I can.
I am on the PVG scheme.
I have a non smoking household and have 2 friendly dogs, guineapigs, gecko and a horse
I have lots of resources, a fully enclosed garden and many toys, books and games for all ages.
I love doing arts n crafts with the kids and have a wide variety of materials
We regularly go on outings to playparks, farm, library, soft play, forests and country parks using lots of facilities in the local community. We also have adventures further afield.
I love being a part of kids development, have endless patience, a genuine fun but safe approach to childcare and I look forward to meeting you and your children.
My Experience
I am mum to Rachel and Jack so have plenty ongoing experience with all ages and stages. My children enjoy the minded children being here and join in with alot of the play and activities where they can.
I have previously worked as a riding instructor so have experience with large groups of children of all ages including those with special needs.
I have been childminding for 10 years and my last inspection I was graded Very Good.
My Qualifications
Childminding induction course.
Pre -Birth to Three
Psychology and sociology for care.
Paedeatric First aid training
Food hygiene training
Safeguarding Children
Child led planning
I endevour to keep up to date with training and attend courses and workshops where possible to enhance my service.
I have Public Liability Insurance, a full clean driving licence and im a member of the Scottish Childminding Association.
My Availability
I am very flexible and try to acommodate all your childcare needs by offering a bespoke service and flexible approach.
I offer drop offs and pick ups from school and nursery and can drop your children at afterschool activities where possible.
My "normal" hours are 7am - 5pm M-F but please contact me to discuss your individual requirements and I will do my best to accommodate them. An earlier start is not a problem as I understand people need time to get to their work.
I also offer a babysitting service - just ask.

Jillian provides an excellent childcare setting for my son. She provides a great range of activities that suit his interests and gives lots of oportunites for him to get outside in the fresh air. This was very important to me when chosing a childminder. Jillians house is very calm and disciplined and my little boy settled very quickly into her routine. I am delighted with her service.
