The experience with this childminder not the best, I did ask to look after my daughter for 4 days, agreement was cash in hands. After 1 day she complain how messy nappies was of my daughters.Then second day i bring my child 10min earlier than i should. She open doors and didn't say hello first words was you are too early it' not 1pm yet, and I said you never know when it's traffic .The answer was from her yes but agreement was 1pm. I offered her to pay extra for 10min and she want me to charge £20 for extra minutes.I think that's so rude, unprofessional and disgusting. My husband collected child first day 30min earlier and we didn't ask her to pay back 30min. Then my child started crying and she said be quiet childrens are sleeping. I did ask her to return money and she don't want to return. I didn't sign any contracts with her nothing, she never mentioned me for extra minutes her fees. I find her very rude and if she is rude with parents how she is with childrens.

Thank you for your review. As I can’t attach our messages discussion most of what you said it is not true. Your daughter had diarrhoea from the first day she come blaming on the magnesium supplements. The second day the diarrhoea gone out of the nappies messing up even my changing mat, you seen the messy clothes on the spear bag.
As I said to you when I have an agreement with my parents I’m expected both parties to follow and respect what we’ve spoken.
Also you saying that I haven’t returned your money with no offence but you are lying. Probably with the money I’ve send buy some hygienic and proper stuff for your daughter as I don’t want to go into details.
