My Experience

I’m a Registered Midwife with extensive experience supporting women, birthing people and families across a variety of roles. I’ve cared for families with multiple babies, premature babies, and little ones who have spent time in neonatal or special care.

I can support with breast, bottle and mixed feeding, nappy changes, weaning and preparing meals for babies, as well as age-appropriate stimulation and play — from singing, reading and tummy time to baby groups and getting out and about.

My support isn’t just practical.
I understand how much the transition from pregnancy to parenthood can bring, and I’m there to offer calm, reassuring support when it’s needed most. I work at each family’s pace, helping parents recognise their baby’s cues, build their confidence and find their own rhythm.

For older children, I can support with early learning, reading, counting, educational games and songs, alongside outdoor play, adventures and nursery drop-offs and pick-ups.

I’m also available for babysitting with at least 48 hours’ notice, giving parents the opportunity to have some well-deserved time for themselves, knowing their little ones are in safe and experienced hands.

I hold a range of qualifications and have completed training that supports my work with children and families, including:

• Level 2 Birth and Beyond Community Supporters Training

• Neonatal Life Support and Resuscitation

My Availability

Daytimes, evenings, overnights & weekends
Regular care or one-off babysitting (48hrs notice)

My Fees

• Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
• Maternity Nursing from £20.00 per hour (gross)

Standard care: From £18 per hour
Rates may vary depending on the number of children, responsibilities involved, duration and complexity of care.

Holiday care: From £20 per hour
This includes, but is not limited to, Christmas Day, the 7 days immediately before and after Christmas Day, and UK Bank Holidays.

I want my childcare to be as accessible as possible while still reflecting my experience and the level of care I provide.

If you’re a single-parent household, key worker, or feel you would benefit from additional support but have limited finances, I’m always happy to have a conversation about a reduced rate. Reduced rates start from £16 per hour for standard care and £18 per hour for holiday care, depending on circumstances.

Travel:
£0.55 per mile, calculated on the return journey.

Emergency / Short-Notice Bookings:

Bookings made with less than 48 hours’ notice will usually incur a £20 short-notice booking fee.
This fee may be waived where we have discussed the booking in advance or where circumstances allow.

Payment

Payment is accepted by:
* Bank transfer — within 8 hours of the end of the booking
* Cash — at the end of the booking
