My Requirements

What I'd really love is to have someone who feels like a member of our extended family supporting me to be the best mum I can and making the house feel like a home when I'm not there so the children always feel they are in a home filled with warmth and love. My work and childcare schedule means I am looking for support mainly Mondays - Wednesdays all year round with childcare during the school holidays or on days one has a cold and needs to stay home, helping with household tasks and with school pick ups. Ideally you’d be able to stay until 6.30pm/7pm on Mondays and Tuesdays or run my eldest to Cubs on a Wednesday evening. I’m flexible and open to suggestions of patterns for the right candidate as it’s more important to me to have someone the children feel happy with than have a rigid timetable. My children live with their dad the second half of the week and he would also like help Thurs/Fri so there is potential for a nanny share arrangement or extra hours on top of the approx. 20-25 I am looking for. Ideally you would therefore have your own car but it may be possible for me to add you to my insurance if not. In the hours the children are at school I'd like help with errands / cooking / children's laundry / school admin / prepping activites / sewing on Cubs badges etc! Or hours could be made up from childcare on different days if preferred. I am happy to be flexible for the right person.
