We were so happy to read all the positive reviews and were very keen on taking her services for our baby. Unfortunately, she made us wait a week for the initial meeting and then didn't appear for meeting. We dropped messages and also tried to call but she didn't bother responding to anything, let alone apologising for miscommittment.
Really disappointed!

I appreciate the feedback.
To respond to your concerns, I didn’t make you Wait a week, You contacted me on Wednesday for an initial video call then we agreed to meet on Sunday as I had work commitments on Thursday and Friday.
Over the weekend I had an unforeseen family emergency and didn’t have time to check my phone or respond to messages. I sent you a message today apologizing for not responding to you or not being able to meet you today.
I think it is quite harsh to judge so quickly without getting in contact with me to find out if everything is okay from my side.
Given the meeting was only supposed to happen a few hours ago.
