My daughter has had 4 months experience in a nursery setting. I myself am nvq level 3 qualified and have worked in preschools and nurseries since I was 15 I am now 43. I was a manager of a nursery back in 2003. It was something I always knew I wanted to do and now my daughter is interested in following the childcare path.
