My Experience

I have previous babysitting experience alongside over eight years working in social care. I currently work as a Senior Social Worker and my professional experience is mainly with young people transitioning into adulthood and adults with autism, learning disabilities, physical and sensory disabilities, mental health needs and other complex needs.

I have a strong background in safeguarding and am used to working with different communication needs, behaviours and levels of support. I’m confident adapting how I communicate, staying calm in difficult situations and taking the time to understand what works for someone individually.

My professional background is in social care rather than childcare, but I feel my experience is particularly useful for families with children who have additional needs.

My Availability

I’m mainly available on weekday evenings and can also do weekends if booked in advance. I’m fairly flexible, so feel free to message me with the days and times you need and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £20.00 per hour

£20 per hour. Rates may vary depending on location, number of children and individual support needs.
