About Me
I'm a mum to five year old Rosa, three year old Luca and 18 month old baby Arlo.
I'm a foreign correspondent. I love my job, but it does require me to travel, often at short notice.We're looking for someone who can work regular hours Monday to Friday - likely about 5 to 6 hours per day, but then step in to help in a much bigger way when I travel - this could include sleeping over or starting work very early, and working some weekends.
We’re in search of a kind, patient, person who loves children and is able to be flexible in their hours. We're a loving family and remain in great friendship with the nannies our children had when we lived abroad (we are only just returning to the UK now).
My Requirements
My youngest - 18 month old Arlo may only go to nursery until 12pm. We're looking for someone who could do school pick ups and afternoon care - looking after Arlo from 12pm and the other two children from 330pm until early evening. Approx 5-6 hours per day. And be willing to help out more when I travel - helping with the children's bedtime and possibly working some early mornings and weekends.

Mads is absolutely everything a parent could wish for. She’s kind and fun and responsible and endlessly patient. She helped care for my 2.5 year old daughter, just at a time when we were all dealing with having just moved countries and the arrival of a new baby - so a very busy and stressful time! She has a calm presence and gently but firmly leads children. She manages to get them to do everything they need to, on time, and does so while keeping the atmosphere light and calm. She’s completely trustworthy and responsible. My daughter loved her from the first day, as do my husband and I!
