About Me
My name is Heidi Evans. I'm an experienced, reliable and caring childcare professional now available for early morning, evening and weekend nannying. I would also be very keen to find a live-in nannying experience. I have several years experience working in nursery setting and a year of experience working with children with ASD in a SEN school.
I pride myself on being empathetic, patient and consistent, creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. I understand the importance of creating strong relationships with both children and their families.
I enjoy helping children practise their independence and curiosity in a child-led way, allowing them to build their confidence with everyday tasks. I enjoy cooking, being outside and setting up messy play activities with the kids.
I'm looking for a family where I can provide dependable care, allowing the children to grow but also supporting the family as a whole. I believe that communication and consistency with myself and the family is essential.

My Experience
I have worked in childcare settings for the last eight years. I first started out in a very small, local nursery as a childcare practitioner. I worked across all room from six months to five years old. I then continued my work at nurseries when I completed my psychology degree in Sussex. During this time I was focused in the baby room as a permanent member of staff, whilst also doing occasional evenings of nannying. When I graduated, I became a room leader in the toddler group at a nursery in bath. After two years, I decided to move on and gain some experience with children with ASD and ADHD. For the last year, I have worked in a local SEN school as a learning support assistant.
My Qualifications
I have Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, Team Teach and safeguarding. I also have my DBS check.
My Availability
I will be studying a masters degree alongside work. I will be available all evenings of the week and all day Saturday and Sunday. My availability will extend to overnight work too.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
