My Experience

I have six years experience working in EYFS in a primary school. I taught Reception and Year One phonics as well as running intervention groups for maths, writing and reading. I dispensed medication and kept records and implemented a Speech and Language programme as directed by the Speech and Language Therapist. I used Tapestry daily for the Reception year group. Prior to this, I was a childminder for five years while my daughter was young, working from my own home.

I started nannying in 2022 on a temporary short-term basis supporting a lovely family for three months until they relocated. I enjoyed this so much that I supported another two families requiring help on a short-term basis before deciding I’d like to nanny permanently, which I am now very happily doing three days a week for another lovely family with two young children and two gorgeous cats!

On a Wednesday, I have been looking after a two and a half year old (and now his baby brother!) for almost two years. This family is now looking for someone full-time so I now have availability on a Wednesday.

My Qualifications

I am a Level 6 Certified Paediatric Sleep Practitioner. I have GCSEs, A Levels, Psychology degree, Level 3 Early Childhood Studies, Safeguarding training and Paediatric First Aid. I have an Enhanced DBS, Nanny insurance and Ofsted registration as well as CPD courses listed below:

My Availability

From mid April I have availability on Wednesdays. I also have availability some evenings and weekends.

I am available for wedding/special occasion/one off babysitting. Please be in touch for up-to-date availability.

I generally have Fridays as my day off but always try my best to accommodate should anyone need help then.

My Fees

• Nannying from £17.00 per hour (gross)
• Babysitting from £17.00 per hour
