Part Time Nanny with Special Needs Experience Job in Longfield
About Me
We are a family with a lovely two year old daughter. She is fun, engaged and enjoys being with people. She has some additional needs and an absolute superstar with it. She needs some extra help from the guidance of childcare providers that take pride in being able to help little ones who need that bit extra or a different approach.
My Requirements
We need an adhoc nanny that can support us at home with our daughter. The times shown here are not weekly - just an idea of times in the week/day we need help and would work with the person to land an approach they felt happy with. For the care, we would plan it so initially we are there working with a view that once that person felt confident with our daughters additional needs we would strive towards leaving her with this person. SEN, experience with additional / complex needs and disability would be a real benefit to her care. As would being happy to ideate and plan different activities to support her development. She is a funny, bubbly little girl who enjoys different activities so we are hoping to find some childcare superstars that will enjoy being part of ours and her support bubble and being part of the team to make her world even more amazing.
