I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. I want to clarify that this was not a job or service appointment, but an interview I was scheduled to attend. On that day, I was unwell due to a sudden health issue. Although I tried to make it, I was delayed, and you called me about 5 minutes after the scheduled time. I apologised immediately on the phone and kindly asked if we could reschedule.
Unfortunately, the call was ended abruptly, and I was blocked afterwards, which meant I had no further way to explain or follow up. I completely understand your frustration and truly regret how it turned out.
I take my professional commitments seriously and am known for being punctual and reliable.
