About Me
I’m a 29 year old mum to a 20 month old, and want to return to work and be able to keep my child with me while providing care in the clients home; so your child/ren feels safe and comfortable. I have experience working in schools, nurseries and a children’s hospital ward, as well as with children with additional needs. I completed an art degree so am very creative, easy going and fun. I want my child to be socialised and meet new friends, and we love exploring, creating and attending various toddler groups throughout Cardiff. I have all equipment needed such as double buggy, car seats. I have a current enhanced DBS certificate on the update service, current paediatric first aid and safeguarding, and food hygiene certificate.
My Experience
Worked in a school for 1 year, including the additional needs department
Worked in Manchester royal children’s hospital for 12 months as a student nurse.
Was the manager of a children’s play centre and nursery for 18 months while completing uni course
Previous babysitting experience
Fully DBS checked
Own car with clean license
Completed a childminding qualification and play
Worked as a family support worker for a number of years before having my own child

Cara has been an amazing babysitter for our two children, aged 4 and 5, for over two years. She is extremely trustworthy, reliable, and professional, and we have always felt completely at ease leaving our children in her care.
Cara is fantastic with the children and brings a fun, calm, and caring energy into our home. She always plans lots of activities such as crafts, games, reading, and imaginative play, which keeps the children engaged and happy. They genuinely enjoy spending time with her and feel very comfortable around her.
She is also very clean and tidy and always leaves the house just as she found it. Cara communicates well, follows routines, and uses her own initiative when needed.
I would highly recommend Cara to any family looking for a dependable, kind, and reliable babysitter.
