Single mum to 3 children. Two teenagers and one little one aged 14 months

My Requirements

Registered Childminder

I am looking for a kind and caring childminder who is able to accommodate my shift pattern to look after my 14 month old son. This will be his first experience of childcare in any way as I have cared for him myself (as a single parent too) from birth. Due to this we would need to have some settling in sessions to help him become adjusted.

The childcare will be for twice a week for full days, but the days will be determined by a rota. This is available for 12 weeks in advance so we can get together and make sure it works for all involved.

I would be dropping my son off for the AM but my eldest daughter (aged 16) would be collecting in the PM. Because of this, the childminder would need to be local to us so that my daughter can easily collect. Short Walking distance from LE3 0SH.

Anjali is a wonder with my little boy. He started with her at just over a year old and he had never been in a childcare setting before. Anjali was so helpful and supportive with settling him in, and from the very first session I felt comfortable. As a single parent it is invaluable to me to be able to leave my boy with somebody I trust 100%. My little gets his shoes and his daycare bag out and stands at the front door to go to Anjali's to play even on my days off. I couldn't recommend Anjali more to any parent.
