My Requirements

We are currently looking for a childminder/nanny for our son and daughter for when I return to work from maternity leave (October '25). My son will be 4 yrs old and My daughter will be 10 months old.
I am a doctor and my husband is a pilot and so we work shift work and our needs are quite sporadic although we usually know a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. Ethan will be going to School Monday to Friday and Thea will be going to nursery Monday-Thursday. Most of our childcare needs are wrap around care for this when both my husband and I are working early. This usually means from 6am (when I leave for work) until nursery and dropping them off by 9am latest Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and occasionally Tuesdays around our shifts. We are willing to negotiate an antisocial hour payment due to early starts.

In addition to this we occasionally need pick ups when we are working late, overnight cover when we are both on nights or weekend childcare again depending on our shifts.
