Hi my name is Kenya, I am currently looking for a full time position as a nanny. I am a kind, patient and compassionate individual who loves raising and working with children! I have many siblings and have naturally taken on the responsibility of looking after children from a young age.
I have looked after many children over the years, both professionally and voluntarily and I understand that every child needs a different level of care and attention. I became passionate about looking after children after I cared for and babysat for my neighbour's children along with working in my local church and youth centres. I am capable of managing school schedules, extracurricular activities and entertainment to achieve an optimal balance. I am looking for a family who wants a nanny to be a part of the family to provide a stable, loving and caring environment for their little ones.
My Experience
I am currently working in the media industry as a media executive but want to branch into childcare industry more intensely. I have had various experiences working with children from ages as young as 3 months. I am currently looking after twin girls who are now 3 years old, one who has been diagnosed with autism. I have been with them from the age of 3 months; helping them grow and blossom into intelligent and well rounded individuals. Responsibilities I have taken on include, dropping them to nursery and extra curriculum classes/activities in order to aid their development.
