About Me
Hi, I’m Evie. I am 23 years old and have my level 3 early years educator qualification. I am DBS checked, paediatric first aid trained and have undertaken training in safeguarding, child protection, food safety and hygiene, special educational needs among many more.
I have been working in childcare since February 2020 and have loved every second of it. I have 2 years experience with 0-2s and 2 years experience with 2-3s where I was the deputy room leader for a year and then got promoted to room leader .
I took a year out of childcare down in Cornwall but decided to move back and I have been working back in the nursery as deputy manager and SENCo in a nursery since. I have been back there for around a year and have been loving supporting the children in a deeper way and the progression of the nursery as a whole however I am now looking for a bit of a change. I would love to still work with children and think Nannying or something along those lines would be great for me.

My Experience
I have been working in nursery setting for about 4 years and have most experience in under 2’s but have had experience with all ages up to 5. Before moving to Cornwall I spent 12 months managing the 2-3s room as “room leader”.
My Qualifications
I hold my early years practitioner level 2 certificate and completed my level 3 in early 2023. I also hold an up to date paediatric first aid certificate and a current DBS certificate.
