Exceptional childminder and role model

Michelle now looks after both of our children Maisie and Finn. I cannot explain the feeling of watching your children chant in sheer joy and excitement every morning when they are nearly at “Shells” house. My husband and I are both educators and without Michelle and her wonderful family, we would never be able to show up in the way we do in our work. She makes everything so easy and is so flexible and understanding of parents evenings and our schedules sometimes changing due to work commitments.

Both Finn and Maisie have made such wonderful progress in their confidence, their reading and learning and that is all down to Michelle and her experience as a highly skilled childminder and primary school teacher. Every day they leave with crafts and are so proud of what they have created.

Every week Finn goes to toddler groups, soft play and the daily pictures and the look of utter happiness makes the mum guilt of being at work so much easier, as I know he is being treated like one of Michelle’s own children.

Michelle has high expectations for all children in respecting each-other, manners and kindness and that is so important to me.

Michelle has individual parent WhatsApp groups for updates and photos and a parents’ WhatsApp group where we share important information for dates and school info. Communication on all levels is excellent.

I fear the day Michelle stops childminding, because we honestly don’t know what we would do without her! She is one in a million!!

Exceptional Childminder with a heart of gold!

Leaving our daughter Maisie with a childminder at 7 months left me feeling so nervous and overwhelmed. How do you know who the right person is? Within minutes of meeting Michelle and her beautiful family and home, we knew immediately that she was the right person to help look after our daughter.

Maisie from the first day has smiled and laughed with sheer joy and excitement and every evening we pick her up she has the biggest smile and has had the loveliest day. Some days she doesn’t want to leave!!

Michelle has been an absolute saviour and has helped my husband and I out on so many occasions and goes above and beyond for us, and we cannot be more thankful.

I know that Maisie is treated like one of Michelle’s own children. Her children are so kind and caring and treat her with such patience and love. Maisie has the most wonderful role models to look up to and we are so lucky.

I honestly could not recommend Michelle enough. She is everything and more that you will need in a childminder. Her services and support are exceptional.
