Summary of service use for a year

Nathalie has been the best childminder our son has ever had. We were with her for a full year, and she consistently took great pride in the care she provided. Her communication was excellent, and she always ensured our son was engaged in meaningful activities, whether it was going to the park or doing creative play at home. She kept him clean, comfortable, and genuinely well looked after.

Our son had speech delays, and Nathalie showed real concern and interest in his development. She frequently checked in with us about the professional support he was receiving and was always attentive to his needs. From the very beginning, he looked forward to going to her home, and even with limited speech, his body language made it clear that he felt safe and happy with her.

Nathalie also encouraged age-appropriate independence, such as helping him learn to tidy up and supporting him in building small self-care habits. During the period leading up to his school start date, she supported us with potty training on the days he was in her care, which made a meaningful difference in his readiness.

We have kept in touch, and we intend to book childcare with her during school holidays and whenever possible. At the end of our time with her, Nathalie gifted our son a soft velvety blanket, which he now uses every day. It was a thoughtful gesture that reflected her genuine care and attention to detail.

We are truly grateful for the kindness, consistency, and dedication she showed our son.
