A professional and qualified practitioner with over 5 years experience caring for children ranging from 0-9 years. I enjoy supporting children with their development and helping them to gain independence. I love getting stuck in with messy play activities, fully recognising the need for younger children to have varied, new and exciting play opportunities to support their development and grow as individuals. In my career I have progressed from an apprentice nursery practitioner to being head of room in the 0-2 age group. This has allowed me to gain many strong bonds with both the children and their families.
I am currently working with a family who have 5 children ranging from newborn to 7 years old. Whilst gaining familiarity with the newborn twins and their routines including: feeding, bathing, sterilising bottles and night feeds. I also take care of the older children and there day to day activities.
My Qualifications
I hold a level 3 childcare qualification and a Level 2 teacher assistant qualification.
