As we prepare for our soft launch and future growth, we are looking for warm, nurturing and inspiring childcare professionals to join our founding team and help bring the children’s experience to life.

About the Role

We are looking for individuals who genuinely love working with children and believe in creating environments where children feel:

This role goes beyond childcare.

You will help facilitate activities, educational experiences, creative workshops and engaging sessions that encourage children to explore, learn and grow while their parents enjoy wellness, fitness, work or social experiences within Thrive House.

* Have experience working with children
* Are positive, caring and energetic
* Love inspiring young minds
* Enjoy being outdoors and encouraging creativity
* Can confidently engage children of different ages
