Fantastic childcare

Kerry is so warm and friendly, my 2 boys (11 and 8) feel very relaxed and at home with her for afterschool care. My boys have been with her for ~3 years and they are always happy to go to Kerry’s, they will even eat the odd vegetable there.

Kerry has also helped them build great relationships with the other kids she looks after. She regularly does themed parties for the kids where they have great fun playing games together.

My boys have also done odd days of holiday cover with Kerry and often tell me about the excellent dens they have built in the forest.

Brilliant Childminder!

We have been sending our son to Kerry from 10 months old and it's been such an excellent experience for him and ourselves these past 2 years! The care and attention he has been given throughout has been superb, and we are kept up to date with messages and photos of what they have done that day, including their delicious sounding lunches. Kerry always has thoughtful plans for the day and our son comes home very excited to tell us what they have been doing. Activities include trips into the forest, spending time at a local care home and trips to the libray and local playgroups. On top of these trips out, themed activities at Kerry's house are done and work that is done gets brought home for us to see which is lovely! The setting is lovely and so homely, with Kerry's children also holding a special place in our sons heart alongside the other children he sees daily. It's an excellent location for dropping off and picking up from the Overground train being 5 mins down the road. We couldn't recommend Kerry highly enough and feel very lucky our son has had so many wonderful days and memories in her care.

Amazing childminder

Kerry has been my daughters childminder from when she was 1 years old and is now approaching 5. Kerry has always been very nurturing and caring towards my child and she has gone in everyday with a big smile. Kerry takes the children to the forest most days which we absolute love for her and does so many fantastic activities daily. Kerry and her family (and Noodles the dog) have welcomed the girls into their home in such a loving way and we will always be so happy with her childcare journey. Kerry also cooks delicious meals which she has loved over the years, she also informs Kerry on how delicious her food is :0)
My eldest daughter is also collected by Kerry 3 days a week and loves spending time with her, talking and sharing about her day, all the way back home! Thank you for everything you have done with them, they love coming to you very much!

Outstanding Care

We were recommended Kerry by our neighbours and as soon as we went to visit her we knew our son would be given the best care and support he could get. Kerry is a warm, kind and experienced professional, who has set up an environment which supports the children in her care to grow, learn and thrive. Our son always comes home from his day with Kerry very happy, and with the amazing and nutritious food she provides for the children, a full tummy! Kerry sends daily pictures and updates of the fun activities the children get up to, which range from learning and play in her home and garden, to painting and picnics in Epping forest and visiting the elderly at an old people’s home. At the end of each day we receive a break down of the meals she has provided and any other important and relevant information. Kerry is trustworthy and it is clear that she genuinely cares about all the children in her care. Kerry has two lovely children of her own, and they are also so sweet and caring with the children she looks after. We could not recommend Kerry highly enough and we are so happy to have found her to look after our son!

Highly recommend Kerry

My daughter loves going to Kerry’s and always comes home happy. Kerry has been looking after my daughter for a year and a half for 3 days per week and I am very happy with the level of care she provides.
Kerry keeps me well updated with photos during the day and takes the children on fun and varied trips including the playground, feeding the ducks and playgroups. She covers the preschool learning making sure she includes literacy, numeracy etc into the daily activities.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kerry, her whole family has welcomed my daughter into their home as though she is their own and I am very grateful for that as being a working mother its very reassuring to know she is being well cared for.

The best childminder!

We were so lucky to have found Kerry! Our daughter started going to Kerry when she was only 8 months old but settled in very quickly. My daughter arrives smiling every day and is greeted with a smile and a cuddle, setting her up well for the day ahead. My son also goes to Kerry after school and has a ball every night. Kerry has made both of my children feel like part of her family; so much so that my son often doesn't want to leave at night- which speaks for itself!!!
I love that Kerry does so many different activities with the children; indoor or outdoor, both in her home and around the local area. Kerry provides excellent quality, home-made food for our little one and has been very helpful with my fussy 6 year old, making sure his likes/dislikes are taken into consideration, while also encouraging him to try new foods. The updates and photos we get are brilliant; it really puts your mind at ease to see all the fun she has everyday and what she's been up to. I know I can relax knowing she is safe and having fun. Cannot recommend Kerry enough!
