Mum to a superhero six year old, that needs a little time off occasionally.
My Requirements
We are looking for a childminder (with SEN experience) for our superhero 6 year old son, for 10hrs a week in the school holidays and occasional babysitting at weekends. After a tricky start, he is sitting up, crawling and ready to get out and experience new things. He has cerebral palsy, Bulbar Palsy, so is peg feed and nil by mouth and now a tracheostomy. He needs suctioning orally and via his trachy, using his Medala portable suction machine (training will be given on this), as he has an unsafe swallow. He is much like a three year old in many ways otherwise.
He attends an SEN school , five days a week.
