About Me
I am a childminder with International Montessori diploma in early years and work with two other Montessorian childminders. Our teaching and care are fully based on Montessori philosophy; our children have cooking and science lessons and we try to make our children learn from nature when we take them out for walk in the nearby woodlands. We teach children to be independent and prepare them for life.
We are open from Monday to Thursday starting at 7:30 and closing at 18:00 hours. We are open all through out the year and close for a week in Christmas.
My Experience
More than 17 years of experience in Montessori early years teaching. I have done level three in Special Education Needs and my colleague has more than 35 years as a SENCO. We three opened 'Little Home Montessori Childminders' and have enjoyed each and every day of our experience. With Montessori Teaching we tend to deal with each child as according to their interest and capability where so far each and every child has enjoyed and flourished under our care and teaching.
