Maria was wonderful from when she first messaged about my request for childcare. Not having any family living near us meant that I was nervous about having somebody new come look after my 7 and 5 year old. Maria instantly put me at ease, providing her DBS check and further information without any hesitation. Leading up to the night, she maintained contact which helped me feel even more comfortable. She arrived 5 minutes early, and instantly I could tell she was a warm and kind person. She wanted to know about the kids schedule and the kids fell in love with her straight away. So much so, they are demanding I arrange for her to come back. Thanks Maria for all your care and kindness!
