After School Nanny

I am looking for a reliable nanny, childminder or mother's helper for 2 afternoons per week.
Tuesday: School pick-up at 3pm for 2 children from 2 local schools, take my daughter to gymnastics for 4pm and supervise my son until approximately 5pm.
Wednesday: School pick-up at 3pm for 2 children from 2 local schools and supervise at home until approximately 5pm.
Driver preferred. Experience with children essential. References required.
