Catarina babysat for us a few times which went very well. On time, lovely with the children, we were very pleased. Then last time, she GHOSTED us while we had very expensive event tickets on the line, she did not respond on any phone / platform. She left us cold, if it wasn't for our kind neighbours and friends we would have lost thousands. At first we were concerned for her but she just went silent as I saw our message being read on WhatsApp. This makes it really hard to trust anyone that you used multiple times with no issue. Beware.
