About Me

I am Mum to my gorgeous 6yr old girl who has boundless energy and is full of fun as well as being neurodiverse (diagnosed ADHD, awaiting results of assessment for ASD, trauma and attachment disorders). She is fully verbal (never quiet!) and has no additional medical needs.

We need a calm, patient and experienced babysitter or nanny for our little firecracker, someone who is able to both be flexible in their approach but at the same time hold firm boundaries (no means no however many times she asks) and keep to a strict bedtime routine. We need someone on an ad hoc basis who is able to babysit in the evening so we can go out, do the odd bit of daytime nannying (mainly school holidays) and potentially attend school holiday clubs as a 1-1 support with our daughter (once she's fully settled with our nanny). SEN experience is a must. Experience with dealing with PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) would be preferred as well as understanding of trauma and attachment.
