Personal Assistant (PA) for 12-Year-Old with Special Needs (£15/he)
We are looking for a dedicated and caring Personal Assistant (PA) to support our 12-year-old son, who has additional needs and attends a special needs school. He responds well to carers who are calm, positive, and fun.
Role Details:
Days & Hours:
• Wednesday: After school
• Sunday: Morning
• Half-term: Additional hours available
Location: Timperley, Altrincham
About the Role:
The PA will provide engaging and supportive care, including:
• Outdoor activities like trips to the park, swimming, bicycling, and other fun outings
• Indoor activities such as reading books and visiting the library
• Encouraging positive communication and social interaction
• Supporting with routines in a relaxed and enjoyable way
• Goal is to help him develop independence through fun and structured activities
Ideal Candidate:
? Interest or experience in Behaviour Therapy, ABA, Speech & Language, or working in a Special Needs setting
? Patient, calm, and positive approach
? Enthusiastic about engaging in activities that support learning and development
? Reliable and committed to making a difference
