Alexis looked after our daughter for 1 year, until we relocated. It was the hardest part of relocating knowing we wouldn’t have Alexis as part of our daughters younger years. I was a very nervous first time mum leaving my 12 month old and Alexis made the process as easy as possible, being reassuring, professional and very understanding with how I was feeling. Our daughter loved being there and she felt like, and was treated, as part of the family which we are beyond grateful for. It was a home from home which is what we wanted.
Alexis is the kindest, most caring, pragmatic and generous person and enabled our daughter to feel comfortable whilst also developing. They spent lots of time outside too which was really important to us. We also will never forget how dedicated and patient Alexis was transitioning our daughter to nap at a cot at her house, she went beyond what we thought to make it as seamless and comfortable for our daughter as possible.
We will always feel grateful for how Alexis helped us and our daughter transition into childcare.
