My Experience

Most of my childcare experience comes from looking after my own children, as well as helping with younger relatives and friends’ little ones over the years. Through that, I’ve learned how to create a calm bedtime routine, comfort toddlers when they wake during the night, and make sure they feel safe and loved while their parents are away. I may not have worked in a nursery, but I fully understand what it means to care for a child with patience, warmth, and responsibility. I treat every child as if they were my own with kindness, understanding, and plenty of reassurance.

My Qualifications

I don’t currently hold formal childcare qualifications, but I have strong hands-on experience caring for toddlers and young children within my own family and community. I’m responsible, trustworthy, and naturally nurturing, and I’ve had my DBS check and about to have my Paediatric First Aid certificate to make sure I can offer the safest care possible. I believe that being patient, observant, and genuinely caring matters just as much as paperwork and that’s the approach I bring to every child I look after.

My Availability

I’m currently available Saturday nights through Sunday mornings perfect for parents who work night shifts, have events, or simply need a quiet night’s rest.
My usual hours are 7:00 pm – 8:00 am, but I’m flexible if you need me to start a bit earlier or stay a little later. I’m based in Gateshead and can travel to nearby areas for overnight care. My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

My standard overnight babysitting rate is £80–£120 per night for one child, depending on the hours and location. This usually covers the period between 7:00 pm and 8:00 am and includes bedtime support, overnight supervision, and light morning care.
For families with more than one child, I charge a small additional fee of £10–£15 per extra child per night to ensure each child gets proper attention and care.
For shorter evening jobs (before midnight), my rate is £12–£15 per hour.
I aim to keep my prices fair and flexible for parents especially those working night shifts or needing occasional weekend help. Please feel free to message me to discuss what works best for your family.
