My Requirements

I'm a full time mother of three. I live in Small Dole with my husband, Aaron and three beautiful children Leia, Dexter and Ebony. All three children are full of energy, Leia and Ebony play together all the time but Dexter, because he is diagnosed with ASD, and is non-verbal has a harder time playing with his siblings. He prefers to play with adults and of course, us, his parents! I love looking after Dexter and Ebony and Leia together but in the summer holidays it is difficult because Dexter is always going in a different direction to the girls and I really need to be with him as he relies on me so much and he is not able to shout 'Mum' if he needs me. Obviously, this is the same if we are out and about and I think having a second pair of hands in the form of a special needs nanny would mean that all the children would benefit. So someone who would chip in to help show Dexter and Leia a good time would be perfect be it going out or staying in with either just one, or out and about with me and all three. The right person would need to be physically fit, have special needs qualifications with a good understanding of ASD and preferably have an interest in non-verbal communication. The time I need help the most is the school holidays for especially the middle part of the day but hours could vary. Ebony would be at nursery on Tuesday and Thur so the days I would need help are mon, Wed and Thursday.
