My Summary
About Me
Hi, my spaces are now filled for September 2026 but please message me if you would like to be added to my waiting list for future availability. I’m an Ofsted rated Outstanding Childcare Provide. I have been working as an Early Years Teacher / Childminder for 18 years and have a home from home setting in Barton Seagrave where I am the only childcare provider. I have a lovely imaginative spacious playroom and child friendly garden. I love nature based and outdoor play and I’m inspired by the Curiosity Approach and Hygge methods of teaching. I adore creative and sensory play and work hard to give little ones lots of opportunities to develop independence, confidence and determination. I love my job and strive to give all my little ones fun filled days in a relaxed, calm and safe environment with my family and two cavapoo pups. Visits are most welcome and more detailed reviews can be given on request from past and present parents.
Come and join us for some magical adventures.

Beth has looked after all three of my boys since they were babies.
Her setting is a home away from home. She is caring, nurturing and so much fun!
She makes learning so fun with different activities for the children which is focused around nature, outdoors and the key events throughout the year.
I would not wish for my children to go anywhere else.
She has made two of my boys school ready by supporting with resilience, confidence, potty training and phonics and numbers.
We would be lost without Beth!

I would highly recommend Beth. She has looked after my 3 grandchildren since they were very small and they have all been so happy with her. They do so many different activities and every day is new and exciting for them. They have learnt so much and have gained so much confidence over their early years which has made the transition into school very easy for them. They have all loved their time with Beth and love her family as their own.

Beth has been an absolutely fantastic childminder for our children. Her home is beautiful and provides such a warm, welcoming environment that truly feels like a home from home. She creates a brilliant balance of open-ended play and thoughtful learning, often planning weekly themes around the seasons or events like World Book Day and Easter, as well as her own ideas like “Space” “The Ocean” or “People who help us”, which keeps things fun and engaging for the children. We also really appreciate the regular photos and updates showing what they’ve been up to during the day. The children often go out on trips to parks, garden centres and other local places and they always come home happy with plenty of stories to tell. Beth’s background as an early years teacher really shines through in the way she naturally weaves learning and new skills into everyday activities. Her own children are also wonderful with ours, which adds to that extended family feel. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
