About Me
We are a family of four with two beautiful little boys. However, the child care we require is for just our neurodivergent 5 year old. This will allow us to spend time and make memories with our youngest neurotypical child, to experience things with him that our eldest won’t do.
We are hoping to start with just a couple of hours on a weekend for days out, to eventually maybe overnight stays so we can experience weekends away.
I am a registered nurse and my partner is a doctor, first aid training is an absolute must, as is experience with SEND children, in particular autism.
My Requirements
Our little boy is non verbal and uses makaton and an AAC Device. He is very particular about his routine and does need a lot of time to warm to somebody. He is currently in a mainstream school with a full time 1:1, potentially moving to a specialist school with the next couple of years.
