I’m a friendly and reliable 28-year-old from Northern Ireland with a real passion for working with children. I’ve been supporting young people in educational and home settings for over 6 years and love making connections with the families I work with.
I recently returned to Northern Ireland in 2024 after living in England for several years. I’m a big Disney fan, love animals, and enjoy travel, puzzles, and board games. I’m warm, creative, and calm - and love helping children feel safe, understood, and entertained.
My Experience
I’ve worked with children in various settings for 6 years. I currently support two year 9 boys (one with autism, one with ADHD) in a secondary school, and have also worked in a primary school with younger children.
From January to June 2025, I did regular babysitting for a local family, which I really enjoyed. I’ve also worked in a children’s soft play centre and as a nursery practitioner. I’m comfortable caring for children of different ages and needs and pride myself on being patient, fun, and dependable.
My Qualifications
I hold a DBS check and have regular training in autism awareness, ADHD, and safeguarding. In my role, we complete updated training sessions at least twice a month to ensure best practice. I have experience working 1:1 with children with additional needs and understand how important it is to provide a safe, consistent, and caring environment
My Availability
I am available all weekdays after school and evenings, and the weekends.
