About Me
Hi! My name is Katelyn, I’m 21 years old and I used to work full time in a nursery. I took a break from nurseries and got into a new venture of baking and run my own little home bakery! I have 3 years experience as a nursery nurse and a few months with school age kids. I’m free for any days you may need and for occasional or permanent babysitting. I have been trained in all areas of the curriculum and have the passion to make sure every child is heard and feels safe and comfortable in my care. I have been ASN trained and have experience in this area also.
My Experience
My most experience is within a 2-3 toddler room but have worked with children from ages 8 weeks to 7 years. Previous to my Nursery job I worked in a primary school and cared with the Primary one to Primary four age.
My Qualifications
I have my SVQ3 in social services (children and young people)
I have my paediatric first aid.
Alongside these I have my SSSC and my PVG.
