Hello, I’m Katelyn!
I am a fully qualified childcare practitioner with almost five years of experience working in nursery settings, caring for and supporting children from infancy through to preschool age. Throughout my career, I have worked across a variety of age groups and rooms, giving me a well-rounded understanding of children’s individual needs, development, and interests.
I am a warm, patient, and caring individual who truly loves helping children learn, grow, and reach their full potential. Whether it’s planning fun activities, supporting developmental milestones, or simply providing a comforting and nurturing presence, I take pride in creating positive experiences for every child in my care.
In my spare time I like to spend time with my family and friends, learn new recipes and travel the world.
My Experience
With over 4 years experience in a nursery setting, I currently work in a baby room, where I have developed a genuine passion for nurturing young children, creating strong bonds, and providing a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where they can thrive. Alongside my practical experience, I am continuing my professional development and am working towards my Level 4 qualification in childcare.
In addition to my nursery role, I regularly provide babysitting services for families from my previous nursery, building lasting relationships with both children and parents based on trust, reliability, and care.
My Qualifications
I have my SVQ3 in social services (children and young people)
I have my paediatric first aid.
Alongside these I have my SSSC and my PVG.

- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £13.00 per hour (gross)
