I had a terrible experience with this childminder

I had just arrived in Edinburgh in 2022. We contacted the childminder and they asked for upfront payment for the month. From day one she called me to come and pick my child because she was crying a lot. We kept trying for a week and she said she couldn’t continue with us because the neighbours were complaining because of the noise my child was making. We asked for our money back and she refused and said it was not her fault. We had made upfront payment of £1300 and that was all we had that month to cater for child care since it was our first month in the UK. My husband had to beg her and she gave us half of the money. I will never forget this lady and the way she treated us.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience, but I have no idea who you are. I feel like this must just be a malicious attempt to ruin my reputation given that you are saying this happened 4 years ago. I really hope you have simply made a mistake and confused me with someone else. Given the fact that you have given me a 3 star score for cleanliness tells me that you have never been in my home as people always comment on how my house is like a show home.
