About Us
Welcome to St George’s Preschool. We are a non-profit making group which is voluntary managed by a committee consisting of Church members and parents. We are registered and inspected by Ofsted and we are also a member of the Early Years Alliance. We have been established since 1992. The preschool is based in a large hall and benefits from having an enclosed outside area which offers a mixture of a natural area and an all-weather surface along with a canopy and summer house.
The emphasis at St George’s Preschool is on ‘Learning through Play’. Whilst our children are playing they are learning too, through activities that match their capabilities, enthusiasm and own interests.
