My Experience

I am a Level 5 qualified Early Years Practitioner with over 8 years of childcare experience. I currently work as a Deputy Manager, SENCO and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in an early years setting, with extensive experience supporting children’s development, wellbeing and individual needs, including SEND.

I offer babysitting and ad-hoc childcare and love building positive, nurturing relationships with children and their families. I hold Level 3 and Level 5 Early Years qualifications, Paediatric First Aid and safeguarding training, and aim to provide reliable, engaging and personalised care that helps children feel safe, happy and settled.

My Qualifications

I am qualified to Levels 2, 3, and 5 in childcare, demonstrating a strong theoretical and practical understanding of children’s learning, development, and wellbeing. I hold paediatric first aid certification, have completed safeguarding training, and maintain an enhanced DBS check. Additionally, I hold a full UK driving licence, enabling me to travel as required to support families effectively. These qualifications and clearances ensure I can deliver safe, professional, and high-quality care in line with best practice and regulatory requirements.

I am highly flexible and adaptable, able to adjust to changing needs and routines with ease. I value the opportunity to work closely with a family, providing reliable support while respecting their unique dynamics and fostering a harmonious home environment.
