About Me
I am an outdoorsy mum of 3 teenage children living near Eaton Park in Norwich. Ex primary school teacher with many years of experience working with young kids. Patient, kind and fair and passionate about the outdoors. Ideally looking for ad hoc childcare work on Fridays or weekends but could also do a regular morning school run, some school pick ups and evening babysitting. Would be happy to sit overnight with enough notice. Very confident with young babies and kids of all ages. I also love dogs!
My Experience
I am a fully qualified teacher and children's counsellor. I worked as a primary school teacher for 17 years and am fascinated by how kid's minds work and love watching them grow and learn. I am a strong believer in learning through play and am passionate about outdoor learning and exploring. I am calm, extremely reliable and flexible, and can use my own initiative to see what needs doing! I am very confident with babies (I had 3 kids under 4 when mine were little, so I know what I'm doing!) and toddlers right up to teenagers. I am relaxed, friendly and non-judgemental and would love be able to help another parent out, because I know how hard it can be juggling young kids and work.

P. G. C. E. Primary education. Postgraduate certificate in children's counselling. Member of the BACP.
My Availability
Most evenings and weekends. Could do some morning school runs. Also available on occasional Fridays with notice. Ideally looking for ad hoc childcare work on Fridays or weekends but could also do evening babysitting. Would be happy to sit overnight with enough notice.
