I am a warm, friendly and dependable person who has always loved working with children and being a supportive presence for families. I enjoy helping children feel safe, settled and happy, and I always try to bring a calm and caring energy into the home. Building trust is really important to me, and I know how much it matters for parents to feel confident that their children are in safe and capable hands.
After 7 years working in HR and Learning & Development, I’m now returning to ad hoc nannying and babysitting. Childcare has always been a meaningful part of my working life, and I’m really looking forward to supporting families again in a flexible way.

My Experience

have 7 years of childcare experience, including 2 years running my own ad hoc nannying business, before moving into a 7-year corporate career in HR and Learning & Development.
My childcare background includes working in SEND settings and supporting neurodiverse children, as well as children with anxiety and selective mutism. I also have experience administering medication and providing personal care, including for children with cerebral palsy. Through this work, I have developed a patient, flexible and compassionate approach, always focusing on the individual needs of each child and the routines of each family.

My Qualifications

I hold an NVQ Level 3 in Early Years and have completed training in Employers’ Rights and Responsibilities and Safeguarding Children. These qualifications have given me a strong foundation in child development, safe working practices and professional responsibility, supporting me to provide trusted, high-quality care for children and families
