About Me

I am 25 years old and have been working within childcare from 2015. I am very enthusiastic/ passionate and enjoy working with children and their families.

I am currently undertaking my teacher training in a local school Monday to Friday but can work weekends.

I have worked with children from 9 months old to the age of 11 years. I have great understanding of child development and this has enabled me to create fun and stimulating games/ activities with children to help them develop and progress. I have experience in working and supporting children with SEND and 1:1 support.

I am a very understanding, trustworthy and a patient person enabling me to show empathy in certain situations.

I am a very energetic person and love to go on walks in the woods, country parks and along the beach. I enjoy trips to the park, visiting local zoos, farms and aquariums.

I will happily work with a family who has pets as I also have pets of my own.

My Experience

I have worked within the childcare industry since leaving secondary school in 2015. In those years I have work as a Childminder Assistant (2 years) and have worked in a Montessori pre- school as Assistant Manager (5 years). During this time I have experienced working alongside children with SEN which has required me to support their development and give them 1:1 support.
