We are a family of 6 - with 5 year old girl and 3 year old triplets ( 2 boys and a girl)
My Requirements
We are looking for a Nanny to work Monday - Wednesday.
This would include care of the triplets Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday morning. Then taking them to pre-school Wednesday afternoon. And pick up of all 4 children.
Mum and Dad work shifts, but one of us will be around to help with bedtime and bathtime.

I arranged to meet Evie this afternoon to meet the family and discuss requirements.
She did arrive early which was positive but caught me off guard as had 3 upset in the prams outside and trying to help a friend take some of my packing boxes as we only just moved house.
She decided to stay in her car to make some calls while she was early. But then drove off and turned her phone off.
This really upset me as feeling very stressed with triplets and husbands shift work. Very rude and inconsiderate. Would have been nice to appreciate I looked stressed and come out of her car and say Hello or help? I didn't want to disturb her phonecall so went to open my front door when she drove off.
Just very glad we didn't end up employing someone like this.
No idea whether she is a good nanny or not as no chance to give judgement. Just rude.
